Network & Computer System Maintenance
Maintenance of an enterprise information system which is a computer network largely depend on the availability of resources in information technology / IT who has the ability to suit the needs of information systems owned by the company.
 
Human resources or other resources believed to be reliable and able to provide the best service in the maintenance of the system to support the continuity of work processes within the company.
 
PT. Tanudjaja IT. Division offers services and solutions in information technology in solving problems in the field of IT. All solutions and comprehensive services provided locally at the customer job site or remotely through the relevant application.

The type of services and solutions we provide include:

System Back-Up & Recovery :
  1. Monitor and manage back-up data in a LAN network.
  2. Ensure continuity of network systems, data security, and data storage systems or documentation.
 
Troubleshooting & Optimization System :
  1. Install, configure, and maintain computer servers, clients, and other network devices such as computers, hubs, switches, routers and modem internet.
  2. Installing, troubleshooting, and repair of existing connections in the transmission and distribution system in a network of local / Local Area Network.
  3. Support, monitoring, and perform tests to troubleshoot hardware and software problems that intersect with all devices in a computer network system.
  4. Set the installation, maintenance, support and upgrade of servers, desktops / laptops, software and operating system.
 
System Upgrade & Security:
  1. Installing new systems, support equipment, which is associated with increased performance of computer networks.
  2. Install and regularly update anti-virus applications, anti-spyware, and other applications that serve to protect the system and the computer from damage caused by programs such as viruses and other destructive.
 
 Training & Consultation:
  1. Provides support and consultation to end-users on the desktop or client computing environment.
  2. Provides support and consultation to end-users for all LAN based applications.
  3. Provide guidance and consultation to users and operators of computer users, so that it can operate a computer in accordance with the procedures for using the good and true.
